PABA is best known as the key ingredient in topical sunscreens as it helps block ultraviolet light damage to the skin. It is considered useful for maintaining normal collagen production and immune function by some doctors of natural medicine, but this has yet to be proven. Suitable for vegetarians. Does not contain yeast, milk or other dairy products, corn, wheat, gluten, rye, rice, starch, wax, di-calcium phosphate, preservatives, flavoring, coloring or animal by-products.
